High Enrage Necromancy Arch Glacor

Arch-Glacor: High Enrage (Necromancy)

Introduction

This guide is aimed at players looking to kill Arch-Glacor at 3500%-4000% Enrage and assumes strong underlying knowledge of all information presented in #Arch-Glacor Basic Guide.

This guide will also work at 0%-3500%, however should be adjusted as required.

The Arch-Glacor is not affected by Slayer tasks in hard mode.

Preset and Relics

Preset Suggestion & Breakdown

Preset Notes

⬥ Depending on the enrage and personal preference, the following Auras can be used:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Aegis Aura aegis (Blocks 10% of all incoming damage)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Vampyrism Aura vampaura (Gain life points equal to 5% damage dealt, capping at 50 life points per hit. This provides increased damage through Blood Reaver reaverpouch attacks applying poison)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Mahjarrat Aura mahj (Increases damage dealt by 5%)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Supreme Invigorate Aura invigaura (10% additional adrenaline will be maintained after using an ultimate)

⬥ If using power armour, you can spirit shield flick to help manage auto attack damage, although this is not required.

reaverpouch is generally considered the best familiar for all high-enrage strategies due to the strong healing over an extended fight.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Ensure prismofrestoration is used to keep Reaver alive.

⬥ Darkness darkness should be active at all times, but please note that this can result in dodging attacks during res.

⬥ Penance Powder powderofpenance, Kwuarm Incense Sticks kwuarmsticks, Lantadyme Incense Sticks lantasticks, and Spirit Weed Incense Sticks spiritsticks should be used before the fight.

General Rotations

⬥ Rotations for Arch-Glacor are not strict, as per the random nature of the boss's mechanics. In general, aim to use bloat and omniguard spec as often as possible.

⬥ Living Death livingdeath rotations can be used where comfortable, such as during the Flurry mechanic.

⬥ Ensure that some Necrosis Stacks necrosis or Residual Souls residualsoul are held for the Exposed Core or Glacyte Minions special attacks.

⬥ It is best to start the fight with nat in order to be sufficiently prepared for Exposed Core (arms) as the first mechanic.

Clearing Exposed Core (Arms)

⬥ Before the Exposed Core mechanic, ensure that either Necrosis Stacks necrosis or Residual Souls residualsoul are held to quickly kill the arm.

⬥ Ideally have your Conjures conjurearmy alive and Ghost pre-commanded commandghost.

⬥ Use limitless where required depending on adrenaline in order to use devo if the magic damage is scaling up.

⬥ If you need to use cade and your adren situation is dire (such as on back to back Exposed Core mechanics at high enrage where devo will be on cooldown), use divert and flick to soulsplit for 1 tick.

Example Arms rotation:

⬥ A general rotation would be:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• invokedeathsplitsoul → (tc) vulnbomb + bloatvolleyofsoulsfingerofdeathdeathguard90 eofspec / omniguard spec OR

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• invokedeathsplitsoul → (tc) vulnbomb + bloatdeathskullsvolleyofsoulsdeathguard90 eofspec / omniguard spec OR

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• invokedeathsplitsoul → (tc) vulnbomb + bloatdeathskullssoulstrikeflankomniguard specsoulstrikeflanksoulstrikeflanksoulsap / soulstrikeflank → Fillers

Note: This rotation will need to be amended based your Necrosis Stacks necrosis and Residual Souls residualsoul.

Note: Use devo when required.

Note: If flanking, stand central or on the south wall next to the boss.

Clearing Glacyte Minions

⬥ 3+ Residual Souls residualsoul

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• debil Arch-Glacor → bloat Bolstered Glacyte → invokedeaththreadsoffatevolleyofsoulssoulsapvolleyofsouls

⬥ 0-2 Residual Souls residualsoul

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• debil Arch-Glacor → bloat Bolstered Glacyte → invokedeaththreadsoffatesoulsapvolleyofsoulsdeathguard90 eofspec

⬥ In either scenario, if the Glacyte Minions are still alive after the rotation, use:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• (High HP) antispectralscythespectralscythe2spectralscythe3

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• (Low HP) anti → fillers to proc Death Mark

Note: soulsplit flick on volley as required for healing.

Defensive Usage

⬥ At higher enrage, you will want to prioritize defensives as follows,

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Frost Cannon: antiDeflectMage reflectsoulsplit res

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Exposed Core (arms): devodivertcade as needed

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Glacyte Minions: debil (and, rarely, anti/freedom to block or clear stun)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Flurry: vitality / disrupt / res (unless cannon imminent)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎• Pillars of Ice: prep / voke for adrenaline
